Returns & Refunds
All sales are final due to the limited nature of our products.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, accidental purchases, or normal wear and tear.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at unknownsocietyhelp@email.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If approved, we'll provide a replacement, store credit, or a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
